Building Fitouts

Commercial and retail fitout can be one of the most demanding construction challenges of all. The tight schedules, confined space, difficult access (often in down town) and unrelenting quality imperatives make this form of project a challenge best delivered by those experienced and knowledgable in the game.

With over 40 years of experience between them, the Directors of DCCM are practical managers in all aspects of construction and refurbishment including management of many Commercial and Retail fitouts. Examples include:

• Construction of K-mart / Coles shopping centre which included fitout of 53 retail shops
• Construction of supermarket & liquor store including fitout
• Fitout of 5 level American Embassy office building - high security standards
• Fitout of 8 level office building
• Fitout of 5 residential multi-level apartment buildings
• Fitout of 6 level hospital building - all services included

With this experience, DCCM is confidently targeting the fitout market. We have demonstrated our ability with the successful completion of a fitout in central Perth, finished ahead of time and to budget, which received "Excellent job, Congratulate your team" comments from our client. We have set this as the minimum satisfaction level to be achieved with all our contracts, and we will work hard to achieve the best results at all times.
